Stories Untold for Mac and Linux

Stories Untold for Mac and Linux is added to porting Kit and Crossover. This adventure game has also a Demo version we also added in Porting Kit, so if you want to check it out first before buying the full version be out guest :) It’s the first Demo we added into Porting Kit. You can download the Demo version here… and click install in porting kit and select the “Demo” source. The game runs very nice, although it is slight a bit slower then the native version. You wouldn’t notice it if you played it native on Windows first. Check out the trailer here…

Stories Untold is a compilation tape of four episodes from the now cancelled series of the same name, including a remaster of the original pilot episode “The House Abandon”.

Adventure lovers may love this one: Dark Fall – The Journal for Mac & Linux (Linux using Crossover)! This adventure is rated quite high on GOG.com and especially the ones who like creepy games, this one may satisfy their needs. I myself am not really fan of those :P. I only played it for a few minutes.

Install is simple:
1. Get Porting Kit or Crossover if you don’t have it yet.
2. Then download the GOG.com setup files from Dark Fall – The Journal when you purchased/owned it.
3. Then for Crossover, simply download the Crosstie… and let Crossover do the work, or in Porting Kit search the game on the library –> server tab and click install.
4. After installation of the game, “exit” the GOG installer.
5. Click “Play” to start the game! Have fun!

Today another Sierra adventure game is ported! GOG.com released the digital version of Dagger of Amon Ra! Laura Bow, the star of The Colonel’s Bequest, is back! This time she’s trapped in a huge, imposing museum in the dead of night, surrounded by socialites, miscreants, thieves…and a cold, relentless murderer. I added the game to Porting Kit and made a Crosstie for Crossover (Linux + Mac) as well. The game works awesome on even low-end Macs as my Macbook Air. Enjoy!
