Kingdoms and Castles released for Mac and Linux

Lion Shield just released released a new city builder game on GOG.com called: Kingdoms and Castles! It has much from Banished  and other city builder games like Anno 1503 in combination with “blocky” graphics. Kingdoms and Castles is priced $9,99 on GOG, and has high ratings of user reviews, so it looks promising. Check out the trailer below for some game-play and a first impression.

Game Description:
Your kingdom must survive a living and dangerous world. Do the viking raiders make off with your villagers? Or are they stopped, full of arrows, at the castle gates? Does a dragon torch your granary, your people dying of starvation in the winter, or are you able to turn the beast back? The success of your kingdom depends solely on your skill as a city and castle planner.

Armed with a powerful Nanosuit, you must achieve your objectives by any means necessary. Become invisible to stalk enemy patrols, or boost your strength to lay waste to vehicles. An advanced AI controls your enemies, so play smart. One wrong move out here could be your last.
