Stealth Bastards Deluxe Complete for the Mac!

Stay out of the light to avoid the attention of deadly security robots! Leap like a lusty salmon to avoid those zap-happy lasers! Think fast as the walls close in around you! Only the fastest and sneakiest will make it to the exit without being mangled by the facility’s security systems. Will you be among them? I tested Stealth Bastards Deluxe and works even on my Intel HD 5000 and played about 5 levels without any issues. Below some visuals of the game.

Simply download the Portingkit (if you don’t have it already) and go to the library –> server tab and select the “Stealth Bastards Deluxe” and click download. If you don’t own the game yet the Portingkit can direct you to the game page where to purchase it and download the setup/download file into your download folder. When you clicked “no” and were directed to the game page, you have to click “download” again and then click “yes” so the Portingkit will install the game for you. After installation the Portingkit will say the installation was done successfully. Then go to your “local” tab where you can select the game and click “play”!

More game ports added to the Portingkit!

A lot of good old games are added at the moment. Last post about added games to Portingkit were a lot of Nordic games. Here are some more for the GOG.com version. This means that the Gamersgate WSI/download file was already present, but now the GOG.com version is added for the same game as well. I did that for the games Aquanox, Aquanox 2.

Then here some “new” games I added to Portingkit. First to make the Black Mirror series complete: Black Mirror 3 is added. I also added most of the King’s Quest series starting with Kings Quest I Remake (the original Mac version crashes on start-up). In the same post I added links to the 2 other King’s Quest remakes with a working Mac version.

Then I added also Kings Quest IV, King’s Quest V and King’s Quest VI which comes in one package from GOG.com. They all have separate WSI/Download files because they have separate installer files. Enjoy!

Police Quest Collection for the Mac!

Walk the thin blue line in four of the most realistic crime games ever created, packed with complex storylines and real-life mysteries that only a handful of real police officers ever face – or solve. You don’t just watch the action – you’re in the thick of it. Yes, the Police Quest collection is added in the Portingkit! This means you will find Police Quest, Police Quest 2, Police Quest 3 and Police Quest 4 in the game list. All 4 games have their own download (WSI) in the Portingkit because those games have their own installer file on GOG.com. I added a game-play video below of Police Quest 4. Enjoy this nice adventure collection!

Simply download the Portingkit (if you don’t have it already) and go to the library –> server tab and select on of the Police Quest games of the “Police Quest collection” and click download.

Lots of “new” games added to Portingkit!

It has been busy the past few days, but in the little time I had, I added a dozen or so games to the Portingkit. Observant people may have seen a lot of orange colored games the past few days, which were basically re-adding GOG.com versions of Nordic games which returned after almost a year. I re-added: Neighbours from Hell 1 + 2, and Silver.

New Adventure games I added in the Portingkit are: Black Mirror 1 and Black Mirror 2. Then some action games: Chaser, Raiden III Digital and Judge Dredd – dredd vs death . Strategy games: Patrician 3,  Desperados 2, The Guild 2 and Imperial Glory. Enjoy the games and lot are following :)

Patrician for Mac!

If you like economic games Patrician is definitely quite enjoyable. The graphic side of this DOS game, is not that important for this kind of game, but still is nicely made. Get this game in the Patrician 1 + 2 bundle on GOG.com, where you also receive Patrician 2 which is also added into the Portingkit. Official post for this game follows tomorrow. Street Fighter Alpha 2 for Mac!

Street Fighter Alpha 2 explodes on-screen with lightning-fast game-play and amazing innovations. Quick Move Reversals, Alpha Counters, and the incredible Custom Combo System create a new standard for all games to fight by. Play this good old game in the Portingkit to relive some old memories. I tested the game with a cheap psx2 controller lookalike controller and works just fine. Keyboard is possible but very unhandy, so Joy-pad/controllers are recommended with this game.
