YS I + 2 Chronicles

YS 2 Complete for Mac!

YS II Complete is part of the RPG game YS I + YS II Chronicles. Ys I & II Chronicles+ is the most modernized and up-to-date remake of Falcom’s classic franchise-spawning action RPGs from 1987 and 1988. Come see how the story began, and witness the birth of a legend! You can find YS I in the Portingkit as well! I tested the game on my Nvidia 640M iMac and Macbook air with Intel HD 5000 Graphics card, for an half hour where it works great! The game is added to the Portingkit now! Check out the video below for some gameplay!

Simply download the Portingkit (if you don’t have it already) and go to the library –> server tab and select the “YS II Complete” game and click download. If you don’t own the game yet the Portingkit can direct you to the game page where to purchase it and download the setup/download file into your download folder. When you clicked “no” and were directed to the game page, you have to click “download” again and then click “yes” so the Portingkit will install the game for you. After installation the Portingkit will say the installation was done successfully. Then go to your “local” tab where you can select the game and click “play”!

Some more games added to the Portingkit!

While Vitor is doing a great job updating the Portingkit with new features, I am adding and updating more games to the Portingkit. Here a new list with the latest games added to the Portingkit:

The other 2, Men of War and Red Tide, will follow later this week. Caribbean! for the Mac!

Caribbean! is a mix between an economic strategy game and an open-world RPG, set in the pirate era of the XVII century’s Caribbean region. The game is based on the Mount & Blade: Warband engine. I tested the game on my Nvidia 640M iMac for 2 hours where it works great!! While on my Macbook Air with Intel HD 5000 it doesn’t work at all! The game (yes the game itself) looks (as a M&B Warband liker) very promising, but it has still a lot of  bugs and missing features. Things what the developers promised to still fix very soon including adding loads of extra features (expect a lot of updates). With this in mind you may take a look at the game. Really liked the land battles, played dozens of them where I let the bandits chase me behind the horse while my Musket Squads fired upon them :P Anyway, take a look at the video below and decide yourselves. The game is added to the Portingkit now!

Simply download the Portingkit (if you don’t have it already) and go to the library –> server tab and select the “Caribbean!” game and click download.

The game is added to the Portingkit now. Check out the video below for the instructions and some game-play!

Planet Alcatraz for Mac!

Another RPG game today in the way of the Fallout series called Planet Alcatraz. I got the game running in the Portingkit very nicely. I tested the game on my Nvidia 640M iMac and it works great! Played about half an hour without issues. The game is added to the Portingkit now. Check out the video below for the instructions and some game-play!

Planet Alcatraz is a 3D role playing game with isometric projection. The player travels through the game world and battles with enemies in the real-time mode. In a general sense Planet Alcatraz can be portrayed as a non-linear adventure with lots of shooting. Several genres are mixed in this game but despite that fact it doesn’t stand stuck between them and appears to be a classical RPG that is based on a specially developed system.

Simply download the Portingkit (if you don’t have it already) and go to the library –> server tab and select the “Planet Alcatraz” game and click download.
