Construction simulator 2 for Mac

Pfff, sorry for the delay of the post, busy times! Today a post of the recently added port Construction Simulator 2 for Mac! Construction Simulator 2 US – Pocket Edition takes you to the USA and offers up road construction and tons of jobs with construction vehicles to match. Expand into new regions, enlarge your fleet, and master more than 60 engaging and challenging construction jobs.

About the Port:
The game is based on Direct3D, so it should work on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs, when you at least are on Mac OS 10.15 Catalina or higher. Performance on my M1 Apple Silicon (16GB) is very nice and played and tested it for a while which works quite well. On Apple Silicon Macs you will notice some graphical artifacts which you can get to a minimum using the video settings (turning off the realtime shadows).

Porting Kit GOG Install Instructions:
– Make Sure you have Porting Kit installed on your Mac
– Make sure you logged in into GOG integration in Porting Kit (GOG account tab -> Login):
– If not: – Make sure you download the “Offline backup setup files” of Construction Simulator 2 from GOG into your download folder.
– Search the game in “all games” or “GOG Source” database.
– Click “Install” (Then next, next, you know the drill).
– Porting Kit will Install the GOG.com version of Construction Simulator 2
– After install of the port, click exit to finish the installation process.
– Click play to start the game!
