Darksiders for Mac

We reached the Patron $10 milestone, so Darksiders (Legacy Edition) for Mac has been added to Porting Kit! We really need Patrons to exist so we are really happy the first start is made and we hope more and more Patrons will join out Crusade to bring more, better, games to Porting Kit and besides that to Improve Porting Kit itself more and more as well! Will cool features as chat function between Porting Kit users and Multiplayer options using special LAN (VPN support) between Porting Kit users/gamers so you can play multiplayer games with each other in Porting Kit!

About the Darksiders port I can say it runs very well using High-end Macs in high resolution and graphics. I tested it on my AMD Radeon 2GB 1Mac see also video for some gameplay. Good thing to note is that game port is for the LEGACY EDITION, so not for the Warmastered edition. Remember that when downloading (Offline backup installer setup) the setup and bin files from your GOG.com Library into your download folder.

Install is Simple:
1. Get Porting Kit or Crossover if you don’t have it yet.
2. Then download the GOG.com setup file from Darksiders (Legacy Edition) from GOG (Remember to download the “offline backup setup files”) into your download folder.
3. Then in Porting Kit search the game in the library –> server tab and click install.
4. After installation of the game, “exit” the GOG installer.
5. Click “Play” to start the game! Have fun!

Game description:
Brought before the sacred Charred Council, War is indicted for his crimes and stripped of his powers. Dishonored and facing his own death, War is given the opportunity to return to Earth to search for the truth and punish those responsible.
