Kenshi for Mac

On many request! We finally added for Mac has been added Kenshi to Porting Kit! Kenshi is an open world, squad based sandbox RPG set in a brutal sword-punk wasteland. Gameplay is open-ended rather than a linear story, so you can play as a settler, a trader, a thief, a rebel, a warlord, an adventurer, a farmer, a slave… or just food for the cannibals.

About the Port:
The game is based on D3DMetal, so it only works on Apple Silicon Macs, when you at least are on Mac OS 14 Sonoma or higher. Performance on my M1 Apple Silicon (16GB) is very nice and played and tested it for a while without issues!

Porting Kit GOG Install Instructions:
– Make Sure you have Porting Kit installed on your Mac
– Make sure you logged in into GOG integration in Porting Kit (GOG account tab -> Login):
– If not: – Make sure you download the “Offline backup setup files” of Kenshi from GOG into your download folder.
– Search the game in “all games” or “GOG Source” database.
– Click “Install” (Then next, next, you know the drill).
– Porting Kit will Install the GOG.com version of Kenshi
– After install of the port, click exit to finish the installation process.
– Click play to start the game!
