Metal Gear Solid get Widescreen update + Apple Silicon Macbook Pro compatible!
And another cool port gets an update with Widescreen support! This also makes Metal Gear Solid in one blow compatible with Apple Silicon Macbook Pro’s!
Improvements:
– Updated with latest CX22.1.1-1 Wine Engine
– Compatible for Apple Silicon Macbook Pro’s
– Fixed crashes for specific missions
– Nice and stable.
To install the updated ports, delete the old ports (when installed previously), and search the updated port in the library tab and install the game again. When you do not own the game yet, get Metal Gear Solid from GOG.com and download the “Offline backup Setup files” into your download folder and install the port from Porting Kit. Have fun!
