New Porting Kit update (6.0.19) with critical fixes!

Well, you may run into it and I had many e-mails about it…the steam ID issues, vcruntime “doesn’t match expected hash” issue and more! With this Porting Kit update it will fix it all! Restart Porting Kit and update to latest version and be free of those bugs!

When you still have profile messages do this:
login your steam account using your browser, then click on your avatar (right top) and click “View my profile” in the menu —> click “edit profile” on the right. Then in “general” change the “Custom URL” to the one you fill in into steam, or when already taken, change it to something else and use that account name for Porting Kit.

Porting Kit changes since 6.15:

Port installer should only perform login on GOG when installing GOG ports
Once the banner URL for a Steam port is identified, it shouldn’t be obtained again
Winetricks checksum shouldn’t be validated by default
Fixing bugs in the GOG login system
Video cards should be sorted properly
Local apps should be sorted properly
GOG and Steam games should be sorted alphabetically
Steam app banners should be retrieved properly
“Change account” button shouldn’t show a GOG.com login window prompting the user to login again
Steam integration tab should load much faster
Unsupported GOG/Steam games now are hidden by default
Adding button that allows switching GOG/Steam accounts
Steam integration should have more proper error messages
Unsupported GOG games should be installable again
