Sinking City for Mac

If you like detective games, then The Sinking City for Mac might be something for you! The Sinking City is an adventure and investigation game set in an open world inspired by the universe of H.P. Lovecraft. The half-submerged city of Oakmont is gripped by supernatural forces. You’re a private investigator, and you have to uncover the truth of what has possessed the city… and the minds of its inhabitants.

About the Port:
The game is based on D3DMetal, so it only works on Apple Silicon Macs, when you at least are on Mac OS 14 Sonoma or higher. Performance on my M1 Apple Silicon (16GB) is very nice and played and tested it for a while without issues!

Porting Kit GOG Install Instructions:
– Make Sure you have Porting Kit installed on your Mac
– Make sure you logged in into GOG integration in Porting Kit (GOG account tab -> Login):
– If not: – Make sure you download the “Offline backup setup files” of The Sinking City from GOG into your download folder.
– Search the game in “all games” or “GOG Source” database.
– Click “Install” (Then next, next, you know the drill).
– Porting Kit will Install the GOG.com version of The Sinking City
– After install of the port, click exit to finish the installation process.
– Click play to start the game!
