Video Crimzon Clover: World Ignition + Review
Here as promised, the video tutorial of Crimzon Clover: World Ignition. I will also do a little review of this game as well, just as I did with Wings Remastered a few days back. Crimson Clover is Vertical Shooter you know of on arcade machines. Lots of action, lots of explosions and lots of bonuses. I played this game on my Nvidia 640M iMac with Mavericks and on my Intel HD 4000 Macbook air. On both systems it works flawless with about 60 fps (see also video).
The controls are the z (fire) .x (rockets) .c (destruction wave) .v (menu) + cursor keys to control you space ship. You can choose from 3 space ships, all with its own advantages. I played about and hour (about 2x 30 minutes on both Macs) and I have to say it wasn’t disappointing. I normally don’t play this kind of games, but while playing and getting loads of points and bonuses, it keeps you playing to see what end boss will appear now? Also the joy of ending a level gives a good feeling that you were victorious. There are 2 modes you can play (novice and arcade), but I especially liked the novice mode, maybe because thats more easy :P. Another nice feature is the “replay”, where you watch how good or bad you played the specific level. All in all this game gets 5 of 5 stars from me, because it simply works as attended in all ways. Enjoy!
